Canlan Ice Sports – Oshawa and Wild Wing Restaurants

Dear Canlan Customers,

After a very successful pilot project at Canlan Ice Sports – Etobicoke in 2017, it is with great excitement we announce the Oshawa facility has been chosen to re-brand the Thirsty Penguin Grillhouse to a Wild Wing location beginning January 17^th.

We will be adopting Wild Wing’s full menu (check it out!), including all 101 of their signature chicken wing sauces. As a result, we will be implementing their recipes, preparation methods, presentation standards, serving portions, and uniforms. We will also be releasing a catering menu, for private function bookings in the restaurant and/or Lakeview Room.  

“While this is exciting news for our customers and team members, we would like to emphasize that our Thirsty Penguin staff will remain Canlan staff members, our staff will work alongside Wild Wing management during the conversion to ensure a smooth transition” states Canlan Ice Sports - Oshawa General Manager, Kurtis Matthews.  

We are excited to enter this partnership as it will further enhance the experience we look to provide our loyal customer base, each and every time you visit the facility.
