This program will be ran by Cyndi Henry. Monday and Tuesdays sessions will run from 12:45pm to 1:45pm the remainder of the week the sessions are from 12:15pm to 1:15pm.
This program will include, conditioning, technical skating and edge work that will include quick feet, forwards, backwards and transitional. The puck will also be included in the conditioning, some of the advanced skating and edge work. (passing, shooting and game drills will also be including)

This program will be ran by Cyndi Henry. Monday and Tuesdays sessions will run from 2:00pm to 3:00pm and the remainder of the week the sessions are from 1:30pm to 2:30pm
This program runs for 2 weeks, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday both weeks. Start times will vary between 4pm, 415pm, 515pm and 2 sessions will run at AgriPlace. Once you register, a confirmation will be sent out with the times for each day. An email will also follow as a reminder prior to the program starting.
Players will learn the fundamental skills of puck control and maintaining puck possession while moving in open areas, tight spaces and while remaining stationary.
The Backwards and Transitional Skating program is ideal for all participants wishing to improve this area of the game and will be extremely beneficial for any player currently playing or looking to become a defenseman.
This program is twice a week and will be ran by Cyndi Henry. The program will focus on technical edge work and skating, including, quick feet, forwards, backwards and transitional skating, The program will include a variety of puck control skills and game skills that will help players confidence. Sessions will be on Mondays and Wednesdays with the odd Friday.
