Introducing The New Game

Better for fitness & skill development. Safer for the new normal.

4-on-4 Adult and Youth Leagues

We’ve re-engineered the traditional game.  Non-contact rules. More space. So, let's get back on the ice, with this new safe and fun game format.

A New Format To Return to Play, Safely

The goalie isn’t the only one standing on their head anymore. 4-on-4 hockey allows us to bring back the ASHL and YHL leagues, while keeping us apart: forget the face-offs and contact. No sin bins here; get a penalty, and other team gets a penalty shot. And with two run-time periods, We’ll have you skating hard, having fun and keepin’ in the flow.

We never thought we’d be the one to change the rules. Anything for the love of the game. Be a part of history. Be the first teams to hit the ice, as we reinvent what it means to play. For now.

The New Canlan Experience.

We've launched our Health & Safety Procedures for players. Have a look.
