On Friday March 13, 2020 we made a voluntary decision to temporarily close all locations to do our part in protecting our communities from the spread of COVID-19.

Our Season Status Update
During these challenging times, your patience has been overwhelmingly appreciated as we work tirelessly to respond to each situation with care, compassion and effectiveness.
Canlan prides itself in providing sports and recreation leagues, programs, and tournaments. We are also the hub for many minor hockey associations and sports entrepreneurs that see us as partners in their growth, and the growth of the sports and recreation community.
Please continue reading for answers to our most frequently asked questions.
I have registered for a Camp that is currently in session.
Not to worry; you are able to receive a full credit/refund.
I have registered for a Program and/or League that is currently in session.
We will make every effort to maintain the length that was originally scheduled at each location. If your program/league winds up having a reduction in sessions/games after re-opening, there will be a corresponding credit issued to your account based off the fees paid towards your program/league.
I have registered for a Program and/or League that has not yet started.
If the season results in less games or the program has less sessions than initially intended, your fee will be pro-rated based on the new season/session details.
I have registered for a Tournament that has not yet started.
15 days from the start of each event, we will notify you of the status. If it is cancelled, you will receive a full credit/refund.
I have registered for a Tournament that has not yet started, but I am coming from another country.
If we cannot confirm if the event will operate as planned, you may cancel with credit/refund within 30 days of the event.
I have a contract for a sport surface with a date that has not yet started.
We understand, and will shorten the contract, providing you a full credit for the portion of the contract that could not be accommodated.
We will make every effort to reschedule programs, leagues and tournaments to ensure you're back to doing what you love to do.

Canlan Ice Sports Voluntarily and Temporarily Closes Facilities to Protect Communities Against the Spread of COVID-19
Given the suspension of many hockey and sporting events, and the increasing proactive restrictions and guidance from the federal governments and provincial and state medical officers, Canlan Ice Sports has decided to voluntarily suspend operations and temporarily close its facilities to the public as a preventative measure effective close of business today, Friday, March 13, 2020.
