PlayZone Rules & Regulations:

1. This area is intended for children aged 2-12.
2. PlayZone is primarily an unsupervised area. Parents/Caregivers are responsible for supervising their own children, unless they have been signed in. PlayZone & Canlan Ice Sports is not responsible foryour children’s safety or any injuries that may result from unsafe play or inappropriateuse of equipment. We recommend a ratio of 1:8 for adult/child supervision.
3. PlayZone is a socks only environment for both children & adults. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you do not have any.
4. Please ensure you and your children are free of illness.
5. Food is permitted in the parents lounge area only.
6. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal items.
7. All children and adults must go down the slide feet first.
8. No toys or food allowed on the climbing structure.
9. Improper use of toys or equipment will result in the prompt removal of your child.
10. No rowdy or unruly behaviour from any guests. In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate your visit at any time.
11. Kids must wear wristbands at all times.
12. No running or pushing.
13. Kids must obey PlayZone staff.
