    We are a SOCKS ONLY area for all children and adults. Please remember to bring your own socks. If you forget, we have socks available for purchase at front reception for only $2.00/pair.

  • Playzone Party Package

    Spend your special day in our brand new kids play zone, a 1600 square foot play structure. Children can play in the indoor playground, toddler zone & other activities. This party is perfect for kids of all ages. It is sure to be a memorable time!
    This party takes 2 hours to complete and includes PlayZone admission to drop in play & your very own private party room.

      Package also includes:
    • decorated private party room (tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, birthday hats)
    • a gift for the birthday child
    • invitations
    • Package Price: $250 + hst up to 20 kids. Additional $5.00/child
    • Party Food packages are also available or you can order directly from the Thirsty Penguin Menu (Food is not included in the package price)
    **No outside food is permitted except for cake**

    Skating Party Package

    A skating party is fun the whole family can enjoy. Use our home to host your party and leave the cleaning up to us. Skating under the disco lights is sure to be a memorable and unforgettable time. This party takes 2 hours to complete and includes 1 hour of your own private ice rental for games & activities, plus your own private Party Room!

      Package also includes:
    • decorated private party room (tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, birthday hats)
    • Agift for the birthday child
    • Music hook up (you provide your own music)
    • Invitations
    • Parents are welcome to skate as well
    • Package Price: $300 + hst
    • Party Food packages are also available or you can order directly from the Thirsty Penguin Menu (Food is not included in the package price)
    **No outside food is permitted except for cake**

    Penguin Party Package (Skating + PlayZone)

    Can’t decide between a skating or playzone party? While then this party is perfect for you. Enjoy your own skating party and playzone party all in one!
    This party takes 3 hours to complete and includes 1 hour of your own private ice rental, playzone admission to drop in play, plus your very own private Party Room!

      Package also includes:
    • decorated private party room (tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, birthday hats)
    • Agift for the birthday child
    • Music hook up (you provide your own music)
    • Invitations
    • Package Price: $375 + hst up to 20 kids. Additional $5.00/child

  • Rules and Regulations

    • This area is intended for children aged 2-12.
    • PlayZone is primarily an unsupervised area. Parents/Caregivers are responsible for supervising their own children, unless they have been signed in. PlayZone & Canlan Ice Sorts is not responsible foryour children’s safety or any injuries that may result from unsafe play or inappropriateuse of equipment. We recommend a ratio of 1:8 for adult/child supervision.
    • PlayZone is a socks only environment for both children & adults. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you do not have any.
    • Please ensure you and your children are free of illness.
    • Food is permitted in the parents lounge area only.
    • We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal items.
    • All children and adults must go down the slide feet first.
    • No toys or food allowed on the climbing structure.
    • Improper use of toys or equipment will result in the prompt removal of your child.
    • No rowdy or unruly behaviour from any guests. In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate your visit at any time.
    • Kids must wear wristbands at all times.
    • No running or pushing.
    • Kids must obey PlayZone staff.
    • Have fun!
