Powerskating and Hockey Skills (Level 1)
 
Adult Powerskating & Hockey Skills Level 1 is intended for beginner players or players who haven't played for a while. Since hockey is 95% skating, this program will focus on proper technique in all areas of skating and will also cover the art of puck control, passing, receiving and shooting. This program provides a positive learning environment that encourages fun, teamwork, sportsmanship and dedication.

Skating, Shooting, and Scoring
 
Skating, Shooting and Scoring is a skill specific program that develops a player's overall scoring ability. Many players take this program to complement their regular game play as well as to improve the skills that don’t always come naturally in game situations. This program will focus primarily on skating, shooting, and scoring, but will also develop each player’s passing, receiving and overall hockey conditioning.
