Burnaby 8 Rinks Adult Goalie Clinic

The weekly adult goalie clinic at Burnaby 8 Rinks will cover all aspects of modern goaltending such as in-crease movement, shot tracking, rebound control, angle control, depth control, puck handling, and more. Through the repetition of isolated movements and controlled shots, goalies will strengthen every part of their physical game as well as increase their confidence. No matter what age or playing style, we'll help goalies to control their crease and make saves look easy night in and night out. We recognize that most adult goalies aren't interested in re-inventing their style so we stay open to discussion about their save options in different scenarios; ultimately finding the right technique for each individual goalie. Through each semester of the Canlan clinics we'll follow a gradual progression of drills that will incorporate and strengthen different techniques so no matter what level you're at when we begin, you'll find noticeable improvement in your game.
