Every hockey player is eager to improve their shooting skills and learn how to increase their scoring consistency around the net. The Shoot 2 Score program is purposely designed to focus solely on the skills that will teach players how to take their scoring ability to the next level. Players will also learn to perfect wrist shots, slap shots, backhand shots, give & goes and one-timers.

Aimed to improve the individual quickness of players, the Speed, Agility & Skills program has been designed specifically for players striving to advance their game play. With a focus on the technical aspects of skating and puck control, this program will have a major focus on agility with and without a puck. Improvement starts with consistent repetition, sacrifice, sweat and a desire to be the best.

Adult Powerskating And Hockey Skills Level 1
 
Adult Powerskating & Hockey Skills Level 1 is intended for beginner players or players who haven't played for a while. Since hockey is 95% skating, this program will focus on proper technique in all areas of skating, and will also cover the fine art of puck control, passing, receiving and shooting. This program provides a positive learning environment that encourages fun, teamwork, sportsmanship and dedication.

Adult Powerskating & Hockey Skills Level 2 is designed for those players who wish to improve their existing individual skills in a fast paced environment. The program uses high intensity skating drills, passing, shooting and puck control drills to develop an all-around hockey player. Further developing the techniques and skills learned in APHS Level 1, this program prepares players for the game.

Through high intensity skating drills that challenge each participant’s endurance level and speed, players will improve their skating, agility and overall hockey skills. This program is recommended to be taken while participating in the ASHL for players wishing to advance through divisions.

Adult Hockey Fundamentals
 
Adult Hockey Fundamentals teaches adults the basics of strong skating and hockey skills. Players will learn positional play as well as the proper technique with respect to skating, puck handling, passing and shooting. As skaters become more comfortable and the technique becomes natural, players will be able to take their game to the next level. This program has been designed as an Adult Learn to Play program.

Adult Puck Handling will focus primarily on passing, receiving, shooting and puck control.
